The 2 Greatest

A lot of people are much more cautious about what they feed their bodies than they are about what they feed their souls.  Would you eat a little poop?

Did you know not everyone sees life, experiences life like you do?  There are different perspectives.  Let's make sure we see life from God's perspective.

Love would go a long way IF we stopped to recognize when we speak to someone, they are already a story in progress.  A lot has happened to bring them to this moment--some good and some awful--but we are here now to love them like Jesus would. 

If you don't guard your heart, mind, attitude, feet, hands, body---no one will!  Our slid from sanctification comes from within, not without.  We aren't loving if we aren't intentionally living for the Lord.

When the church forgets the ONE it's all about we are like the kids at the birthday party who find themselves doing lots of things, but ignore the guest of honor!

Have you ever had something really great happen to you and the first thing you wanted to do what let someone know?  That desire is God given.  We were created for community--the ups and downs are not to be kept to ourselves.  

We hear what we want to hear.  Do you agree?  It's amazing how we can twist and mold a person's words to fit what benefits us most!

Who are your Godly mentors?  Who are the people who (although not perfect) have the aroma of Christ in all they do?  Give thanks for those people in your life today!

Sometimes it comes down to this:  You can be RIGHT and insist on it in every way and lose a relationship OR you can absorb the blow and pick the relationship instead.  What will you do the next time you have that choice?

It's easy to assume that Christians have always been the same in all ages, but we know that's not been the case.  Today, five differences between us and those believers back then!
