Who doesn't LOVE a good story?  And stories are more than just entertaining, they are soul and life forming.  This episode looks at the value of stories and encourages you to find ways to keep passing them on!

It's easy to look at all the bad things going on in the world and wonder if anyone is in charge.  Are we just left to our own devices?  Who do we look to for real help?  This episode helps us see beyond the temporal to the eternal where God is still on the throne.

When you're spending the day with a friend, you chat about all you see and do.  You point out interesting things.  Sometimes you laugh together or cry or engage in a serious discussion that's important and heavy.  Sometimes words are not necessary.  It's just good to be together.  THAT should also describe our day with God.  Let's say "YES" to the loving encounters God has for us each day.

God is not a "check-in," he's a companion.  Yet often we see our relationship with the Lord as more of an on and off encounter.  See the power and potential of remaining open to God!

It's so easy and unfair to pick on the obvious flaws we see in others.  If you are looking for imperfections in anyone, you will find them.  Yet we are all so much more complex than our clearly visible mistakes.  Jesus looked beyond our faults and saw our need, as the hymn says.  Let's give others the same grace.

Oh the peace that can be yours, if and when you rest in knowing YOU'RE IN.  We try so hard to prove our worth, and yet God loves us first.  We want to believe we have value because of what we do, when it really comes from whom we're IN.

Remember the old saying that when you point your finger at another person, you have three fingers pointing back at you?  In a world of shame and blame, it's imperative that God's people take the humble attitude of looking at ourselves first.
