The 2 Greatest

Do you like hugs?  I do!  Do you know anyone who needs a hug?  It doesn't have to involve touch!  It could be words, gifts, presence...some way to say you care.  Be a personal hugger today!

There's no doubt about it, relationship are HARD.  And in this current culture, they are extra hard.  It's not always possible to be IN relations with people who think so differently about seemingly everything than we do--but sometimes we give up too quickly.

If you knew you had only TODAY to live, how would you spend it and why?  That exercise will tell you what is ACTUALLY most important to you. Maybe Jesus can give us some clues!

The God we love is a God of participation.  He desires to love others and the world through you.  So don't just sit there, fill your jars!

Do you ever find yourself thinking and believing you don't have enough, you aren't enough, you need MORE?  Do you play the "what if" games of the fear of scarcity?  If that's you, I hope you'll learn to rest in our God of abundance.

Our minds are going to wander.  It WILL, DOES happen.  But is that bad?  Can we do anything about it?  Let's talk, but you have to pay attention!

That's the problem with idols, they can become quite comfortable.  In fact, we get so used to them, we lean on them and we don't even notice we're worshipping them.  This COMFORTABLE idol is a great example of that.

We are all life long learners.  And there are some lessons that would have come in handy earlier in our life.  Here are a few great ones we can all receive today.

If you're tempted to skip this episode because it has the word "death" in it...well, that's the problem I want to address.  The truth is, we are ALL practicing death!

I hope you've noticed that the writings of the Bible contain difference genres of literature.  History, poetry, prophesy, lament, praise and more are all there.  And we NEED IT ALL.
