The 2 Greatest

You ARE vulnerable, not sometimes, but ALL the time.  It's time we all embraced that as a gift and stopped trying to deny it or ignore it.  It's true and it will be okay!

Some people are overly cocky.  Others are overly dismissive of their true identity.  It's not good to dismiss the beloved person God made YOU to be!

Hide and seek is fun, but it doesn't work with God.  What if you knew you didn't have to hide from your Creator because He already knows all about you and loves you anyway?

Memories are a gift from God for good mental, emotional, and spiritual health IF we understand the Gospel and remember God's faithfulness to us.

You can't believe God into existence, but you can't DISbelief Him out of existence either.  Do you believe in the God who IS?

Have you ever watched someone make choices you knew what going to do serious damage to his or her life?  Of course you have!  Why don't we just make better choices?  Why are we sometimes, as dumb as demons?

Throughout the Old and New Testaments, God followers could be honest to God about their feelings of abandonment and unfair treatment. Read the Psalms or Job.  But let's look deeper at what is ALWAYS true, even in the hard times.

We need one another.  And that need can turn into unhealthy dependency if we expect too much from one person and don't see the beautiful tapestry of friends.

Are you a sinner?  What verse would you point to that points that out?  But have you read the WHOLE verse?  Exactly what have we fallen short OF and why does that matter?

Hands up!  Who wants a seven year old operating on you?  No? Why not?  Yet often we want to do surgery on others, acting like a seven year old surgeon!
