I love being out in nature.  Give me the woods, the trees, the trails.  And along the way God can teach me a thing or two about a thing or two.  How about you?

What role does YOUR body play in your worship of God and your love for others?  What a powerful tool God has given us.  We are not Casper the Friendly Ghosts--we are embodied people-and THAT's how we love and worship!

The music we listen to shapes us.  It affects our attitude, our actions, our view of the world.  It's powerful.  We need a purposeful playlist!

How "okay" are you letting your tears fall?  How uncomfortable are your around others who are crying?  How can we show the value of tears by the way we love?
