The 2 Greatest

Wisdom!  We all need more of it in our lives and the good news is God's wisdom will meet us in all the places where we need it the most.

I know it's illegal and unhealthy.  But I'm not talking about incest.  I'm talking today about something much more spiritually profound that if we embraced its truth it would immediately strengthen every marriage.

We are BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!  But is busyness the measure of a good and beautiful life.  Let's not fall for the placebo of productivity.

For many people faith is not their own, it's 2nd hand, like someone else's smoke that now clings to you but doesn't really belong to you.

It's easy to think of God as "the force that is far away."  But the truth is, God is the loving Father who is ever near.

It's a Frank Sinatra song and a method of golf.  It's full of grace but not very fair.  I also may be a key to love!

Temptations are hard, I get it.  But don't buy the lie that you "deserve it" or "ask long as you're happy that's all the matters."  Those are lies from the pit of hell.  It's time for commitment over craving.

There are certain "bible words" that make us cringy when applied to us.  "Sacrifice" might be one of them.  But, let's take a closer look.  Sacrifice is NOT a dirty word.

It's so easy to be negative, to believe the worst, expect the worst and give up hope.  But that's not the way of that walkers with Jesus.  It's time to stop being a cynical Christian.

"LOVE!"  Oh how that word gets thrown around so sloppily.  It's so fragile and fickle.  Is there any "forever love" we can really count on?
