The 2 Greatest

When you see things happening in the culture around you, how do you normally respond?  Is it the way of Jesus?   Let's look at some options.

How obvious is your faith in God?  Can it be clearly seen and plainly understood by you life not just your lips?  May our faith be as obvious as the waving of a blind man!

If someone audited your prayers what themes and patterns would emerge?  How would your prayers compare to the prayers of God's people in the Bible?

Do you remember the first time you held someone's hand and the love the flowed between you was tangible?  Hand holding can show care and safety.  God wants to hold YOUR hand!

How FAST is God?  Strange question.  Let's look to Jesus for the answer and slow down!

There are people for whom you have only ONE memory and it may be a BAD one.  Today can we gave grace in knowing there is so much more to his or her life than the ONE frame in time where I have frozen that person?

We all love happy ending and truth be told, we WANT to live one ourselves.  BUT seeing a story as happy or not depends on where you stop the story!

It's so tricky to have a proper view of ourselves.  We get imperfect input from others as to our value and ability.  Sometimes we think we are Superman and we've got the cape to prove it!

Long distance relationships are hard, taxing and draining.  May your relationship with God but nothing like that!  He's a near as your next breath!

What do you want on your tombstone.  Will it be about your greatest accomplishment, what is most valuable to you, or what was done FOR you instead?
