Our thoughts are just that...thoughts.  They aren't reality.  Sometimes our anxiety increases before we give our thoughts more power than they deserve.

We can't MANUFACTURE peace, it's a God given gift.  BUT we can put our souls in a position and posture to RECEIVE that sweet gift in the chaos of life.  

Throw them, yes, throw them.  Throw all your cares on the Lord, because he cares for you!

Are you a gentle person?  Would others say you are?  How is it possible to be gentle when stressed or anxious?  The Word of God tells us!

We have have that low grade fear called anxiety.  It can rob us of life and steal our peace.  Is there anything we can do about it?  YES!  Rejoice....BUT be careful you pick the right object of that rejoicing.

Are you a leader?  YES YOU ARE!  The question is what kind?  Let's talk.

You have an enemy, and he doesn't have skin on--but he is out to get you.  The ONE in you is greater, and yet the attack from the devious devil is strong.  Don't let him sit at your table.

YOU are always and constantly responding to the stimuli around you at every given moment.  But what about responding to what GOD is doing in and among us?

If someone says to you THIS will go on your permanent record, how does that make you feel?  Does GOD have a permanent record on you?

The lie of the world is you have to always be doing, eating, going, saying, experiencing something AMAZING or your not really living. But LIFE, true life is found in the simple daily things.
