The 2 Greatest

During times when we are not "with" each other it's important to remind ourselves we ARE "with" each other.  The individualistic language of the American church was never the intent of Jesus and it doesn't serve us well when we are forced to be isolated.  God has always called a PEOPLE to himself, not just a PERSON.  Lift your your eyes to see the family of God around the world, your family, and give thanks.

Oh, how we love to compare; that is until something like a pandemic simply makes humans of us all.

Stepping into the unknown is scary, unless you know and trust the one who will catch you.

Take control over your thoughts.  You don't have to let the media direct your mind.  Peace comes in purposeful thinking.  Find your peace today.

We are all forgetful people.  Under stress, it's important we remember well.  What truths are you reminding yourself of regularly that give peace to your soul?  Here are some tips for ways to enhance your good memory.

What labels we put on things changes how we treat them and others.  How would you label what's going on inside of you in this crisis?  I've had to rename fear, calling it what it really is now, uncertainty.  That change has made a difference for me; maybe it will for you too.

Hard times have a way of revealing what is really valuable, lasting, and eternal.  It's not always what we've been holding on to so tightly.  Time to let go of some things, and cling tightly to what matters most.

Sometimes the things around us are so big and so blocking, we can't see the good things to come.  Stand on your spiritual tiptoes, the future is bright!
