The 2 Greatest

We are to be truth tellers AND we are to tell that truth in love and gentleness.  Let's not hide behind the line "I'm just being honest" so we can also be mean.

Christians are GREAT at information but not so great at TRANSFORMATION and that obvious defect causes the watching world to turn away, uninterested.  That can change and there's a simply practice that can help us do it!  Listen in.

We all have selective hearing.  We choose to "listen" to certain words said to us and either ignore or reframe the rest.  And we even do that with God.  Today, see what God has done for you as a comfort and a call.

Keep the main thing the main thing.  The world won't help you, it will distract you.  If you're going to keep your priorities straight it will take a deliberate intention on your part.  But it's so worth it!

It's kind of surprising that we all only get this one, brief, precious life and yet we seldom ask ourselves what's it really about for?  If we answer THAT question, it informs every decisions we'll make.

If you were going to try to defend your faith to a non believer what is the best evidence would you use?  Well, you are already using it...your life!

When you are on the outs with someone, maybe even God, what can you do?  One of the most prominent persons in all the Bible gives us a big life lesson today. 

The catchy chorus based on Phil 4:4 "Rejoice in the Lord Always" is not just a song to sing; it's a life to live.  It's possible not just wishful.  You can CHOOSE to rejoice!

It's hard to see people you love fussing with one another.  Often the damage goes beyond their relationships and damages the relationships of those around them.  What can you do to promote the peace?

People could sure benefit from you telling them you treasure them.  Don't just think it.  Don't just tell others.  Tell them,  It will bless them more than you'll know!
