The 2 Greatest

Have you ever FELT the weight of someone words spoken to you?  I bet you have.  Words are both POWERFUL and WEIGHTY.  They matter.  Today, consider with me the weight of your words.

Our sins can "eat us up."  Is there anyone who can "eat sin up" for us instead?  Yes!  Thanks be to God.  Here's a great story to make that important point.

There are many people existing in a miserable, uncomfortable and avoidable jail.  The prisoner holds the keep but won't use it.  Is that prisoner you?

Do you have forgiveness issues?  At some point we all do.  Forgiveness is HARD, but it's not optional for a Jesus follower.  So how do we overcome the barriers to letting go?

Whose voices are you listening to?  How do you decide who's voice has the greater authority and influence in your life?  Is the voice of Moses the same as the voice of Jesus?  

Take a look at your hand.  See your fingerprints?  Touch something and CSI will know you've been there.  But what about the fingerprints of God?  How can we notice them, give thanks for them and join with him in what he's dong?

It's not too difficult to tell if someone is a child or an adult in chronological age.   But how can you begin to determine a person's age in Christ, his or her spiritual age, if you will?  Today, some indicators!

How you view where you are affects how you live while you're there.  How do you view your life in the world?  The full kingdom is still coming, right now we are on temporary assignment!

We talk a lot about us trusting God, and rightfully so.  But what about God trusting us?   That's in there to you know?  How would you answer the question, can God trust you?

How are you at taking tests?  Some folks do fine and others stink at it.  Well, there's one test you can't avoid, the test of life.  But there is hope and help.
