The 2 Greatest

I believe deep within the heart of every person is this burning question.  And I believe that  if each person heard and received the true answer, lives would be forever changed for the better.

Are you a good test taker?  Tests in life aren't optional and some are harder than others.  Maybe the most difficult and yet freeing test of all is the Nevertheless test.  Can you pass it?

Sadly, some people have been abused by their fathers.  Our Heavenly Father would NEVER abuse or hurt us.  It's not in His nature or character.  However, OUR actions, at times, hurt or grieve him.

At last!  Finally!  Woo Hoo!  However you put it, there are moments when we exclaim in delight that the time has finally come.  When was the last time you shouted "AT LAST?"  And when will your last "at last" be?

We all want everyone to like us and that's just not going to happen.  It didn't even happen for Jesus.  Today, let's take a giant step toward getting over that fantasy.

We've all sat for hours on end trying to listen to someone communicate something to use and it's just not working.  We are all an airport and nothing is landing.  Thanks be to God when it comes to communicating God we don't just get wah wah wah wah.

Have you ever gone on an exciting treasure hunt?  What's the point of it?  TO FIND AND HAVE THE TREASURE FOR YOURSELF.  The map vitally important, but the map is not the treasure.  In our quest for God, what's the map and what's the treasure?

We pass people everyday that we don't really "see."  It's not just the invisible homeless.  There are many who sadly fall into that category.  Who are you not "seeing?"

There are times when we just "know" what God is going to do...and then he doesn't do it.  How do we respond to that?  Is he still trustworthy?  Maybe it's time to let go of expected answers.

We kind of understand the term "sacrifice" and we sort of get "praise."  But what in the world is a "sacrifice OF praise?"  How do we do THAT?  Is it even possible?
