Where do you fall on the optimist to pessimist scale?  Having just gone through a pandemic, the lingering effects, outbreaks and aftermath--it's hard NOT to be a pessimist.  But there is a cure and it's readily available to all of us!

In a hurry up and don't wait world, patience is a dying virtue.  We want it, sort of.  We value it in others toward us, but find it more difficult to give to others who need it too.  

Life is hard.  FULL STOP.  And life gets even harder when we think we have to try to control it, because, in the end, we can't.  What if instead we just started playing with monkeys?  Listen in.
