The 2 Greatest

Does your worship of God involve much more than your mind?  We are so "word focused" we miss the many other Godly ways we are to use our bodies in the act of worship.

Love isn't just a fuzzy concept, it's expressed in action.  Don't make the mistake of assuming someone you love knows you love him or her.  Live it out as you SHOW and TELL.

Are you easily distracted?  I am!  It seems it's becoming harder and harder to focus for long on anything.  Today some tips for paying attention.

When you read the gospels, Jesus doesn't label people and dismiss people like others do.  He doesn't just see where they are, he sees where they can be.  May we do the same!

We seem to be constantly watched; always on display.  And for some people, they invite it, welcome it, and want it.  THEY encourage others to always look at their lives.  But maybe there's a time to close the door.

We all know people who are prideful and others who think they are pitiful.  Neither extreme is the place of grace.  Let's start looking both ways as we cross the roads of life.

We are supposed to be able to truly be happy for others when they are experiencing good things in their lives.  That's sometimes not easy to do.

There are a lot of things that matter to you.  There are truths that you hang onto and that determine the direction of your days and your entire life.  What is the ONE truth that is the granddaddy of them all?

It's not easy to be silent.  Noise seems to comfort us more, but really it just numbs us, distracts us.  Silence is where we meet God.  Silent Saturday came for Jesus and comes for all of us.  Embrace it!

Murder, death, suffering....doesn't sound like goodness to me.  Today is called "GOOD" Friday.  But why?
